The conference is organized as a residential event at the Belambra club. The registration fee includes full accommodation in a single or twin rooms (in this case accommodations can therefore be shared by 2 registered participants) as well as full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks).
The Bélambra reception is open until 10 PM.
Access to the restaurant is possible until 8:30 PM.
