Each regular presentation will be strictly limited to 15 minutes.

Only 3 additional minutes will be allocated for questions and speaker transition.

Please make sure to strictly respect these timings in order to avoid delays throughout the sessions. Session chairpersons will not allow questions if the presentation exceeds the 15-minute limit. In that case, discussions should continue during the coffee breaks with the other participants.

Forum speakers will have 20 minutes for their presentation. For each of the two forums, the three keynote presentations will then be followed by a 15-minute joint discussion and Q&A session with the three speakers.

The opening and closing keynote lectures will have extended slots (30 minutes for the presentation, 10 minutes for questions).

The round-table discussion on industrial challenges and AI will last one hour and will include representatives from ArianeGroup, Stellantis, Safran, EDF, and others.
