The registration fee includes full accommodation in single or twin rooms (in this case accommodations can therefore be shared by 2 registered participants) as well as full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks), transfer from/to Toulon train station on July 8 and 11, and excursion.

Early booking rate:

 Single room (only 20 rooms available): 1 260 €

 Twin room (only 2x10 available): 960 €

Standard rate:

 Single room (30 rooms available): 1 500 €

 Twin room (2x15 available): 1 200 €

Please note that this rate applies for both attendants and accompagnying persons, as the cost corresponds to the full accommodation and full board.

Double rooms are available upon request. They should be occupied by 2 registered persons. The rate is the same as for a Twin room (per person).

We are currently investigating the possibility to offer on-demand single day attendance to the conference. Please contact eurodiname "at" sciencesconf.org if you are interested.
